Working with us, you get a team of people who really, truly, madly, deeply love everything called media. And you work with people who love to make information compelling, useful and memorable to everyone it touches.
All of our teams, whether it’s media account managers, data analysts, paid social, paid search or content pros, share these traits. It’s just part of who we are.
That’s why you’ll find us actively involved in your business. You’ll see us training and mentoring our already educated teams. You’ll note us speaking at major industry events and being sought by the trade for our expertise.
We bring the media smarts you need to be informed, ready to make strategic decisions and able to avoid random acts of marketing.
Just Media was founded in 1995 in London, England before opening its doors in San Francisco in 1996.
Today, we’ve moved into bigger spaces, opened new locations and added more staff, all in service of your business.
Our heritage and core is technology marketing, but we don’t live in this box. Our success stems from expanding into diverse markets and handling campaigns domestically and internationally for leading brands. Our planning is more creative because it’s grounded in hard-won experience across these markets. And our approach is more global because we bring in media experts from the countries you’re running in so we can negotiate well, deliver quickly and have the benefit of being truly local.
This means that no matter which audience you need to reach, we can help you do it and do it successfully.
The real measure of leadership is who works for and with you. Case in point: we have employees who’ve been with us for five, even eight years. We also have employees who left only to return. That, plus our great relationships with our clients, says more about how we run Just Media than we ever could.

We’re more than just an agency. We’re friends and colleagues. That’s why people stay for years and even come back after working elsewhere. It’s why people look forward to our annual agency retreat and our annual holiday party, a legendary industry event and our way of giving thanks to our media partner community.
It’s also why we’d love to have you join us for some admittedly ridiculous extracurricular activities. So please bring your sense of the absurd, your palate and thirst for Friday Beer O’Clock, featuring Just Ale, the agency’s own Belgian Tripel brewed by resident Brew Master Patrick Fenton, and your fastest trigger finger for Nerf Gun Wars, random foosball games and other tomfoolery.
The best recognition is our clients growing their businesses, however, we're honored to be recognized in our industry, too.
