The
Brief
Factiva needed a partner to spearhead its launch into the UK
and the US. As Factiva is a provider of marketing information,
Factiva needed a company that not only understood the media,
but also realised the growing importance of online resources
such as Factiva and would be able to best position them not
only for a launch, but also for the long term. In effect, Factiva
was looking for an agency that could market to its peers. The
fact that Just Media had offices on both sides of the Atlantic
was a benefit. Factiva had chosen an agency that was able to
buy globally, but act locally.
The Solution
Just Media planned and bought a four month campaign which implanted
the Factive brand name in the minds of business professionals
and reached marketing, media and PR professionals both here
and in the US. A mix of online and offline specialist publications
and blue chip online sites, such as Economist.com, BusinessWeek.com,
Forbes and NYT.com created strong brand presence and underlined
the quality of the Factiva product. The
