Bryan Arellanes. Media Account Manager
Born in Mountain View, Bryan is a native to the Bay Area and a graduate of the University of California Berkeley, where he majored in English Literature and Interdisciplinary Studies, doing a post baccalaureate research fellowship his senior year. After school, he spent 3 months backpacking through Europe before beginning a career in financial services. Like many, he caught the dotcom bug and worked in the search space before returning to online media; this time on the agency side.
Bryan began his career at Just Media working on the EMC account. From there, he transitioned to their subsidiary VMware prior to the IPO, where his team helped develop their North American lead generation in addition to running display and text advertising. Bryan has managed content syndication and lead generation efforts for VMware around server virtualization and desktop virtualization and integrated cloud computing campaign, a cooperative effort between three major publisher including a print component, online asset syndication, and web events. Bryan helped pitch and land the Webroot account, where he will be managing lead generation campaigns for their Enterprise group and online display, print and radio campaigns for their Consumer group.
Bryan lives on Nob Hill in San Francisco with his girlfriend and her Maltese. He is an Elk, a McNair Scholar, holds several colored belts in several martial arts, and will be returning to Krav Maga this fall.
